mety ("we", "our", "us"), operated by MTY TRADING LTD, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal data.

Data We Collect

  • Account data: email, password (hashed), display name.
  • Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Content data: text prompts, uploaded images of clothing or closets, uploaded reference images, body-profile inputs you provide, and AI-generated outputs (styled images and runway videos).
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookies, usage logs.

How We Use Data

  • Provide and improve the Service.
  • Process payments through Stripe.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal use, including detection of non-consensual likeness use and deepfake attempts.
  • Communicate about your account.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

AI Model Training

Your content is not used to train third-party foundation models by default. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals to improve service quality. You can opt out of any internal training use in account settings.

Data Retention

  • Account data: until account deletion.
  • Content data (closet images, generated outputs): 30 days unless you save it to your account or delete earlier.
  • Billing records: 7 years (tax compliance).
  • Logs: 90 days.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EEA, UK (GDPR), or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Contact support@mtytradiing.com to exercise these rights.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Children

The Service is not intended for users under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have guardian consent. mety does not generate minors in fashion, runway, or body-visible contexts under any circumstance.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
